1. Service
   Pickioo provides home delivery of groceries, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, and other household essentials.

2. Orders
   All orders depend on product availability and delivery area. We may cancel or adjust orders if items are out of stock or unavailable.

3. Pricing & Payment
   Prices shown include all applicable charges. Payment can be made online or on delivery. Pickioo reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Delivery
   We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other conditions. Please provide the correct address and contact details.

5. Returns & Refunds
   Perishable items (like vegetables, meat, or fish) cannot be returned once delivered. Report any issues within 24 hours for replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations
   You may cancel before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

7. Privacy
   Your personal details are safe with us. We only use them to process and deliver your orders.

8. Liability
   Pickioo is not responsible for any indirect loss or damage. Our liability is limited to the order value.
